HEALTH, AGROECOLOGY

AND HARM REDUCTION

WHO WE ARE

BEL_7003.jpg

We are a Brazilian collective that promotes Health through Agroecology, Harm Reduction, and Popular Education.

We act in the streets and in marginalized areas of Brasília and the Federal District, working with and for individuals marked by social, racial, and gender differences, exacerbated by prohibitionism.

We believe that a healthier world is possible. And we understand that Health is linked to diversity. That's why we practice care and collective learning integrated with Nature, valuing the Cerrado biome.

WHO'S WITH US

We are a feminist group composed of cisgender and transgender people who carry diverse knowledge and life experiences. Above our differences, we have all been marked by prohibitionism in some way, especially the war on drugs, incarceration, sex work, and homelessness.

Since 2018, the Aroeira Collective has gone through various formations, and many individuals are part of our history. Today, we are a group of 14 people, operating in different territories of the Federal District in Brazil.
